RaShaye "Miss Raye" Freeman, DNP, MBA, FNP-BC, ADM-BC, CDCES
When asked what I wanted to do when I grew up, I said, “I want to help people.” I have served in various roles in healthcare for over 15 years. My passion and purpose remain strong. I believe I was placed on this earth to use my creativity, talents, expertise, and experience to bring light and life to the world through holistic health ministry.
Here are a few highlights of my education and experience:
- Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist, Certified in Advanced Diabetes Management
- Over 15 years of experience as a nurse practitioner
- More than 10 years of specialized experience in comprehensive diabetes education and management, clinician training, lifestyle behavior change support
- Over 12 years of experience in creating, instituting, supervising and scaling improvement initiatives and new programs in the public and private healthcare sector
