“Realizing that your own goals can come true is something that you make happen. When I enrolled in Miss Rayes class, she introduced the subject matter by telling us what we could accomplish as individuals if we gave ourselves a little self-discipline and some meaningful time for ourselves. This included knowing what to expect and not allowing yourself to seek unrealistic behavior. She encouraged us to think about where we were in life and where we wanted to go to improve our lives even if we had not taken any real intentional steps in that direction.
It is interesting to note what a made-up mind can accomplish. If you have a friend who may share similar dreams and goals, the two of you can put your heads together and discover that you can do some amazing things that could change your lifestyle without a lot of fluff. When I got to the end of the class, it so happened that it was time for me to check in with my primary physician. MY health issues were much improved in some areas, and I attribute that to modifying my eating habits as a result of attending the class.” – Mae Smith
