Refund Policy

At Abundant LIFE, LLC, we are committed to providing transformational coaching experiences, impactful workshops, and meaningful wellness services. Please review the following policy before making a purchase.

By purchasing services from Abundant LIFE, LLC, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

1. No Refunds for Coaching Services

All personal coaching and small group coaching packages are non-refundable once purchased.

Due to the nature of coaching services, time, preparation, and energetic investment are committed in advance. We encourage all prospective clients to take advantage of our complimentary pre-coaching call to ensure alignment before purchasing services.

2. Group Coaching Commitment

When enrolling in a group coaching program, you are reserving a limited spot.

  • Missed sessions are not refundable
  • No partial refunds for unused sessions
  • In some cases, materials and summaries may be provided

3. Workshops, Seminars & Event Bookings (Organizations, Churches, Corporate Clients)

Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking date

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 14+ days in advance: remaining balance is waived (deposit retained)
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are responsible for the full remaining balance

Rescheduling

  • One reschedule may be permitted with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to availability

4. Satisfaction Commitment

If you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 3 days of your session or event.

While refunds are not offered, we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns, which may include::

  • Additional support
  • A follow-up session
  • Adjustments to your experience

All resolutions are at the sole discretion of Abundant LIFE, LLC.

5. Rescheduling (Individual or Small-group Coaching Sessions, if applicable)

  • Minimum 24 hours’ notice required
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeited sessions
  • Up to two rescheduled sessions with proper notice may be permitted per package, based on availability

6. Cancellations by Abundant LIFE, LLC

If Abundant LIFE, LLC must cancel or reschedule a service, we will make every reasonable effort to provide an appropriate resolution.

Coaching Sessions (Individual or Group):

  • You will be offered a rescheduled session at a mutually agreeable time
  • This may include extending the program or adding an additional session
  • If rescheduling is not possible within 30 days, a partial refund may be issued, less the value of services already provided

Workshops, Seminars, and Events:

  • We will coordinate with the event organizer to reschedule the event
  • If rescheduling is not possible within 90 days, a refund may be issued, less any services already rendered
