Structured Wellness Coaching for Sustainable Employee Behavior Change

Abundant LIFE partners with organizations to deliver structured small-cohort coaching programs that help employees translate health knowledge into consistent, sustainable action.
The program was developed by RaShaye Freeman, DNP, a doctoral-prepared nurse and health educator with expertise in lifestyle behavior change and chronic disease prevention.

Program Overview

Employees participate in small coaching cohorts (4–6 participants) designed to build sustainable habits through structured goal-setting, accountability, and peer support.
This small-group format encourages engagement while allowing participants to support one another as they work toward meaningful lifestyle changes.

A limited number of pilot cohorts are currently available for Middle Tennessee organizations.
